Policies for working with your data

We are Amoja, s.r.o., based on Na Roudné 443/18, 301 00 Plzeň, ID 06899692.

We run an e-shop on the website www.movien.cz

We process some personal data to provide our services, sell goods and operate our website.

The processing of personal data is regulated in particular by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of physical Saturdays with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (GDPR).

If you are asking for our products and services, we will work with your contact details to tell us, mainly via the inquiry form. They are: Name, surname, address, telephone number

For what reason?

We are contacting you through them for further arrangements regarding goods and services.

On what legal grounds?

This is processing on the basis of Art. Article 6(1) 1 (b) GDPR - contract negotiations or implementation of pre-contract measures at your request.

How long will we process personal data?

Unless we establish further cooperation, we will process your data no longer than 1 year after our last communication.

 

  1. Processing of personal data in case of purchase

If you buy from us, we will work with the data you fill us in. They are mainly billing data: name, surname, address, telephone number.

For what reason?

We need to process personal data in order to fulfil our contract - to supply you with our goods or services. We will also communicate with you via our contact details regarding the status of your order, or about complaints or your enquiries.

We will further process personal data to fulfil our obligations under the law (mainly for accounting and tax purposes, possibly for processing complaints and others).

On what legal grounds do we process personal data?

This is processing on the basis of Art. Article 6(1) 1 (b) GDPR - Performance of the contract and Art. Article 6(1) 1 (c) GDPR - fulfilling our legal obligation.

How long will we process personal data?

For the duration of our service and thereafter 1 year after the last provision of such a service or delivery of goods.

  1. Newsletters (trade communications)

If you're a customer shopper and you didn't forbid us to do this when you made your purchase, we'll use your email address to send out our news.

On what legal grounds?

It allows us to sleep. Section 7(2) 3 of Act No. 480/2004 Coll., about some information society services, unless you have forbidden us to do so when purchasing.

How long will we process personal data?

1 year since your last purchase. You can unsubscribe from the dispatch at any time via e-mail or contact us by e-mail: skornickova@seznam.cz

 

  1. Who can access the data?

Your data will stay with us. Yet we have some companies or others working for us who can access the data because they help us run our e-shop. They are:

  • e-shop platform operator Shoptet (Shoptet a.s., headquartered at Dvořeckého 628/8, Břevnov, 169 00, Prague 6, ID 289 35 675, registered at the Municipal Court in Prague, Section B insert 25 395)
  • companies involved in the expedition of goods (DTPshop.cz, DTPshop.cz s.r.o. with registered office Vračovice 11, 566 01 Vysoké Mýto, ID 06479383, the company is registered at the Krajský soud v Hradec Králové, C 40282/KSHK; and Zásilkovna s.r.o., with registered office Českomoravská 2408/1a, 190 00 Prague 9, the company is registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court

We do not have a designated data protection officer in our company.

In our society, there is no decision-making based on automatic processing or profiling.

  1. Your rights in relation to the processing of personal data

The GDPR regulation gives you, among other things, the right to contact us and want information about what personal data we process, to request access to that data from us and to have it updated or corrected, or to request restrictions on processing, you may request a copy of the personal data processed, request us to delete personal data in certain situations, and in certain cases you have the right to its portability. Processing on the basis of a legitimate interest may be objected to.

 

If you think we are not handling the data correctly, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Privacy Office, or to take your claims to court.
